Q – When a customer of mine also becomes a Luminary and Referral Partner do I make money from their sales?

A – No. PTI is not a Multi-Level Marketing Company.

However, when you introduce someone else to PTI, you receive a commission on everything that THEY purchase at retail. INCLUDING on their Luminary membership subscription. The vast majority of those who become Luminaries do NOT ever become a Referral Partner. And, even if they do, you still get paid on their first equipment purchases in each category:

    • Their 1st set of Photopuncture Torches
    • Their 1st CareLight Medical System
    • Their 1st Photonic Health Pain-Free Pad

YOU GET PAID ON THE PERSON/CUSTOMERS YOU BRING IN. THEY GET PAID ON THE CUSTOMERS THEY BRING IN.

Q – Do I need my own Website and online Storefront?

A – No! You can use your custom links to the PTI Storefront as your personal store.

You can choose to create an online store if you choose – but, unless you are selling large amounts, there is no reason to. Simply share YOUR link to the PTI Light Store (or put that link on your website) and any purchase that your prospect makes, we eat the credit card fees and do all the shipping. You receive a commission by the middle of the next month.

A personal website and/or Facebook page may still be a good idea so as to share your services and personal story. This is “Relationship” marketing, people want to know who you are and that you will take time to understand their issues before making large purchases.

Q – Do your referral partners carry their own inventory?

A – Some do, some don’t. Especially with lower dollar products such as Photopuncture Torches, it is often easier to make a sale if you have one on hand to sell.

Some Referral Partners purchase product at wholesale to resell at Trade Shows. We have a special purchase arrangement in that situation where you only pay 33% of the cost of the inventory and then pay the rest after the show. This help you to not have to outlay as much cash before making the show sales. Please refer to the Events and Trade Shows section for more information.

Q – If my friend wants to purchase a Photopuncture Torch Kit, how do I approach this? Do I send her to PTI website & have her look around, do I give her a link to purchase a kit or sell her the kit I recently bought?

A – You can handle it either way.

It is more efficient to send her to the LIGHT STORE with YOUR custom link so that we eat the credit card and they pay for shipping, etc. This way they are automatically enrolled for the Free Introductory Course and we help you to make follow-up sales of live classes, etc. by inviting her to Office Hours, etc.

However, it can be easier to close a sale if you have the desired product on hand.  To purchase at wholesale, send an email to Orders@PhotonicTherapyInstitute.com with what you want to purchase at wholesale.  We will email you a wholesale product invoice with an online payment option.  When your customer purchases directly from you, simply register them at the Torch Warrant Registration Form to register their purchase and trigger the education and follow-up emails.

Q – How do I share the office hours recorded calls? I will only share privately via email if I feel its beneficial to the person.

A – Sharing Office Hours is EASY. Send your prospects (ALL OF THEM) to the PTI website and have the register for Office Hours from the main page.
